AT&T runs a commercial for their U-verse programming in which there is this guy who is a movie villian. The point of the commercial is that the action is so real you think you are a part of the show. Each time I saw the commercial I thought I had seen the guy before but just could not place him. Now I think I know who I was thinking about.

In terms of Adele; she is a great deal better than some of these skinny girls who cannot sing. The fact that she sings well is what matters. People like Karl Lagerfeld (though they has a right to their opinion) are probably part of the reason their are so many skinny female singers with albums who cannot actually sing.

She'll cry all the way to the Grammy Awards, right after she cashes her latest royalties check. Right after that, she'll make her way into the studio for another huge-selling CD.

That aside, one of my favorite things about Adele, other than she's super talented, is that she isn't starving to death.

It's a disgrace how thin the catwalk models have to be to get work now. They are endangering their lives, and the entire fashion industry is promoting a very unhealthy representation of women's bodies to the world.

Adele is beautiful and looks very healthy to me.

Personally, I am tired of seeing only women in the media that look like a few bones covered in skin. There are a lot of us out there with a real set of boobs and a butt to go with it. There is no "ONE" perfect body type and everybody just needs to get over the idea of anorexia as the norm. Our daughters would be a lot happier and healthier if that ever happens.

So it's not a surprise he said that. Sure, Adele would be too fat to be a runway model but I haven't heard her say she wants to be one. Jeez, not everyone needs to look like a rake.
