I missed the first couple minutes.

All I've heard the DOCTOR say is "can't give anymore details. can't give anymore details. can't give anymore details".

What details did the DOCTOR say at the beginning that I missed?

A neighbor rescued one of them. A 52-year old man in custody.

and yet lack of resources to find these young girls (now women) seem to have contributed to the death of Amanda Berry's mother. THAT'S some twisted shit right there too. He should be charged with her death. I read on another thread that 3 have now been arrested. They should all be charged with homicide. Period.
