If he had a responsible bone in his body,he would not have caused this accident.

If he went to jail for a long time,the next person might think.

If it took the death of a loved one to change all these minds too many people will have died. Change the laws and I don't give a damn if they change their minds or not.

Two of his brothers have been shot while hunting.

Guns still all around in their family.

shot and killed his daughter through a closet door because he thought she was an intruder? The daughter was going to jump out of the closet and scare him. He shot her dead. His own daughter. I remember an interview with family members or neighbors who were being asked this question. One lady answered in a hysterical voice "We gotta have our guns to perteck ourselves!!!!"
