These are the countries we are militarily involved in this year:

This is the link to a report by the Congressional Research Service .
which lists ALL countries the US has had military presence in, since 1798.
Just scroll down to the year 2009, since Obama was elelcted, and note how many countries we are now involved in;
http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/natsec/R42738.pdf

In a report titled How Many Wars Is the US Fighting Today?
http://www.degruyter.com/view/j/peps.2013.19.issue-1/peps-2013-0011/peps-2013-0011.xml

are these facts:

At this point, the US has some kind of military presence in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, U.A.E., Uzbekistan, and Yemen.

US Africa Command (AFRICOM), according to the paper, “supports military-to-military relationships with 54 African nations.”

Gosztola points out that the U.S. military is also conducting operations of one kind or another in Syrian, Jordan, South Sudan, Kosovo, Libya, Yemen, the Congo, Uganda, Mali, Niger and other countries.

Altogether, that makes 74 nations where the US is fighting or “helping” some force in some proxy struggle
that has been deemed beneficial by the nation’s masters of war.

Let's cut our military and national security bureaucracy first.

It only uses the United States to perpetuate its own existence. If it really cared about the country, it wouldn't be so cavalier about bleeding this country dry of its treasures. It would know its place and its right measure. But it doesn't operate that way. Our "Defense" department is trashing the very country it portends to protect. While it wastes billions of dollars, millions live in poverty. In the wake of its operations around the world is misery, death and broken promises. And they have the gall to say God Bless America. Yea, right.

Oh that's right ...our military isn't involved with that war except for the funds diverted away from the poor, sick and elderly so as to fund the military.

The priorities are clear. We know what's more important than the people of the country you are supposed to be "defending".

Oh, of course there is oil to burn and contracts for fat cats. Those are the real priorities.

Poverty? Hunger? Old age? Sickness? Homelessness? No, lots of suffering and death.

Which Bernanke calls "quantitative easing".
which makes the price of everything go up
and the wages go down.

Rinse..repeat...over and over...until, one day, it cannot continue.
Then the fat cats find out history really does repeat itself, and everything collapses.

You and me? We are just stuck on the roller coaster till it crashes.

them), and is bent on taking as much of the tax dollars as they can compared to Wall Street, Big Pharma, Big Agriculture... Until we fight, and I mean fight, for COMPLETE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM (CCFR), we are just spinning our wheels on all of these issues.
Corporations and the 2% own our political, judicial, and media systems! Quit bitching about all of this stupid, wasteful, horrible hardship and tragedy caused as a result of all of this wasteful spending and unfair cuts! CCFR should be on everyone's mind. Members of both parties should be supporting this, for in this our future as a country depends! We need our Representative Democracy back! This is no longer about Republican and Democrat, our team vs. your team. They depend in us staying distracted and fighting each other over the same disputed issues that they could care less about. They stopped with the "Class Warfare" attack once they realized it was too close to home, that people would start to look at this situation and see what they have done with our laws and our rights. See who benefited and who got stuck with the tab (hint, it wasn't them)! There is just too much money for anyone person to stand in their way. Things will continue to spiral down. Hopefully, America won't wait until people can no longer afford cable before they get off of their asses and start demanding CCFR. Maybe if they are cut off from Fix News, Rush Limpballsand, Sean Whinetty, and company, the brainwashing stops and the RW nut jobs even catch on! Please help spread the demand for CCFR. OWS scared them, but they found that a little pension boosting to the cops helped stop OWS from continuing to grow. I mean, who wants to not only get arrested, but to risk being maced, tazered, and beaten? For those that want a real fight, this would do it, because they are fighting to retain control over the country and we want it back! This is not a Tea Party type rant over taxes, this is the whole power of this country at stake! Melodramatic, probably, but still I stand by this.
I have seen behind the curtain of what the big companies do (generations of workers and end users of asbestos products murdered)! They, GE, Westinghouse, Metropolitan Life Insurance... All knew by the early 1930's that asbestos was poison. None wanted the secret out because they were afraid of lawsuits, and asbestos was a cheap mineral with a high profit margin. They covered it up for decades before the knowledge developed outside of these industries. Millions have died!
BP has lied about everything related to the spill. Hopefully the truth will get out and some in the media will report it!
Sorry to ramble but it all is so bad and crooked. All of the needless suffering! Watching this great country slide into huge debt for the gain of the greedy few. It pains me to read the posts at DU defending Obama or some Democrat on issues like cutting Social Security when they have no explanation on why they caved. Follow the money every time.
Spread the idea, COMPLETE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM (CCFR)!!!!!!!!!
CCFR!!!
