In all my life I have never seen a car carrier strapped to the roof of a vehicle. I think it is safe to say that Rmoney is unique, or nearly unique, in this respect.
We need to stop focusing on the fact that just one other person would not do that. The focus should be that no rational human being would treat their pet that way and that Rmoney is not a rational human being.
