(53,342 posts)I was there a few weeks ago. Left on a Friday and it was $3.55. Returned the following Monday and it was $3.72. A couple days later it was $3.89. (oil had gone up a few $/bbl that week).
In FL, prices went from $3.29-ish to $3.35-ish.
It's nearly US $8/gal here in the UK

(62,683 posts)It was the first time I'd seen any over $4.
It was a place (Safeway) where it's usually among the lowest, so I saw that and thought I'd better get it there, assuming it would be higher elsewhere.
But as I contiued in to work, the other prices were still showing at $3.79 0 $3.99.

(16,254 posts)those you don't normally use, it's a good deal.
I've had as high as 57 cents. For young families that buy a lot of groceries, this could run over $2 pretty easily. It's surprising how fast the points add up.

(49,999 posts)But she shops there a lot. We don't shop there much but have started to with the gas card. Like you said, we have to be careful not to buy just for the points.
