Looking for the little things . . . . .

. . . . . in a tragedy.

CBS is running an extra long morning show today. Nora O'Donnell is doing a live remote from the tornado scene. They showed an older woman who, along with her miniature Schnauzer, Bowser, followed her tornado "game plan" for sheltering in place. Amid a pile of rubble she was telling her story and mentioned her dog. When he didn't come when called she assumed he was"in there somewhere", the implication being that he didn't survive.

As they were doing the interview, the cameraman said "Look! There's a dog!"

And there, in the rubble, as he did a close up, was a sweet little face. Some men moved aside the rubble and out came an unscathed Bowser.
