This is Doug Shulman, former head of IRS, appointed by Bush, who says he knew nothing saw nothing, heard nothing,
and was not responsible for any of the scandal, therefore will not apologize for anything.
But wait...where have we seen this expression before?

(111,110 posts)When one Congressman asked him if he had discussed the "issue" with the White House, he matter-of-factly said "No". He was reminded that he was under oath. When he was asked if he had discussed it with anyone in the Bush Administration, it was a more tepid, "No"...
