GOP endgame: Defund the IRS

My gut tells me this is where this IRS nonsense is going, and 'outraged' Democrats will go along with it. Same thing they did to Acorn.

without taxes, there are no armed forces to serve corporate interests.
without taxes, there are no special breaks for corporate interests.
without taxes, there are no cheap talking points to rally the rank and file.

they want taxes there forever, so they always have something to rail against.

they want to make sure democrats get the blame, but they sure want plenty of loot in the federal coffers so they can play their corrupt games.

they want the irs to actually go away about as much as they want roe v. wade to go away, which is to say they do NOT. they want it always to remain to serve their fundraising interest. they want it defanged, but they want it to remain there.

just so long as the taxes are only for the little people, of course.
