Which is more important: The IRS faux scandal or Bradley Manning Trial?

I can't believe how MSNBC "progressive" hosts is covering the faux IRS scandal over the Bradley Manning Trial.

I would have thought they would have showed the "I am Bradley Manning" video with all the celebrities, especially after having low ratings.

The Bradley Manning case is so much more consequential. We are witnessing an important moment of history. Well, we would be if we got to actually witness it. Is this court martial going to be broadcast?

Where is Al Sharpton? Rachel Maddow? Chris Hayes ? etc.

I would rather see Tom Morello than Darrel Issa any day.

and many more other artists.

by and large. They go from one fake scandal to the next without going after a real scandal. Or Congress really is a joke to everyone now, including the media.

... I am afraid what they (M$M) are going to say once they catch up with the internet. Sometimes the sound of silence is better then their demonetization that they will most certainly unleash on him. Watch or listen to Amy Goodman everyday. That's where you'll get your Bradley Manning Trial news. Or The Guardian from London, England. Or right here on good ole DU!

I knew nothing about this till I read this post and did some googling.

Live in the bush, no tv - limited radio reception, etc.

Anyhow - a wealth of information can be found at WikiLeaks

Here's a link

If you wish, I'll copy and paste the information as text and send it by PM -

Also, if you are concerned about malware or whatever, check it out at a library or other public computer.

I've had no problem with it.

we had to wait bit by bit for them to be released.

It is incredible. they say we have to watch out for Big Brother watching us,, but after Wikileaks I thought..... Big brother better watch out for all the eyes on him.

Microsoft and General Electric, and the Manning travesty is a bipartisan lynching to intimidate any other little people that might entertain thoughts of screwing their masters, while the IRS thing is nothing but manufactured BS that will have no effect on anything except to keep the easily distracted staring while they continue to steal and kill with impunity.

Main stream media will not cover the trial.

They are told what they can report and what they are NOT allowed to report.

Independent media like Democracy Now has in depth coverage. A wealth of information is available at http://www.democracynow.org/

Manning's trial would get a notch ahead in relative importance simply because he is subject to such severe penalties. They're both non-events that will be largely forgotten within 3 or 4 years.

I think that down the road there will be a trial against the war criminals and that the evidence Bradley manning forward to wikileaks will be used in those trials.

It might take 50 years but I believe it will happen.

Those leaked documents have brought down dictatorships and even though many Americans might not know of Bradley Manning there are many in other countries who do know of him and what part he played in history.
