Forty five was a very good year I think ... wait a sec. there -- that was in 11+ years ago and sheesh, my mother died when I was 45.

....just remember that you get older or YOU DON'T. Whenever I hear gripes about aging I ask 'would you prefer getting older or not?' The negative answer leads to whatever memorial your family chooses.

... my eyes went at about that age. If you don't have glasses, make an appmt with a good ophthalmologist. Also, if you haven't been to the Dr lately, get in for a complete blood panel to see if you've gone Type II Diabetic, cholesterol, all those levels. Throw out the salt and start counting calories, if you are getting that middle-age spread going. Otherwise, kick up your heels! Happy Birthday!
