There is no mention of other weapons in this guys house. Shouldnt the police be able to remove any guns or ammo from this guy? How is it that it is good for society for this dangerous person to maintain 2nd amendment rights? Who made it illegal for sheriffs and other local LEOs to use anti-social behaviour patterns like this as reasonable cause for removal of guns and ammo from the antisocial, dangerous individual?
Who has been working so hard to legally re-arm violent felons?

The NRA and their adherents have successfully destroyed gun safety and public trust by arguing in favor of allowing more dangerous individuals the rights of responsible citizens to own firearms.
What is a responible gun owner? and when do we know when that responsibility has been breached? and why cant we use that knowledge to deny the would-be gun owner a legal route to firearms?
