It's Privatization Stupid

That's what's destroying this country and our rights including our right to privacy.
It is making us less safe.

For-Profit spying
For-Profit war
For-Profit prisons
For-Profit laws
For-Profit regulations

The Fascist/Corporate State is at hand.

You almost need to coin a term. Maybe LLG, a "limited liability government". There are private corporations that get paid taxpayer money reliably like sections of the government, (via revolving door) but they aren't officially part of it.
