The rise to power of both Hitler and Stalin are matters not to be taken lightly, and much worse yet, to be ignored. They both took place in modern times in countries and against countries that had communications , transportation systems, diplomatic corps, and the capability of massive industrial mobilization. The evil that came from Hitler and Stalin could raise its head again, do not doubt it. To ignore the historic lesson they provide for us isn't folly, its suicide.
