Gallup: 72% of Republicans approved of NSA program when the Drugstore Cowboy was doing it.

Yes, we really are a nation of partisan idiots. The Democratic Party numbers aren't much better.

Our view of having the NSA sniffing through our phone records depends very much on which Party is in the White House, according to Gallup.



2006 (Bush Administration)
72% Republicans approve
76% of Democrats disapprove

2013 (Obama Administration)
40% of Democrats approve
63% of Republicans disapprove



Um...IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME PROGRAM, guys.
Political hyperpartisanship is what's ruining the country more than anything else.
