Freepers still think Sarah Palin could/should be president. Kinda' sad when you think about it.

The OP is here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3032100/posts

Sample responses:

Gov. Palin was attacked my MITT ROMNEY and in return
the SOB was given the position of candidate so he
could throw it all away, four years later.

THE GOPe is the REASON for the Obama-al Qaeda coup d’etat.

PALIN would have rubberstamped KEYSTONE in lightening fashion and greased the refinery building skids so fast we’d have 2 dollar a gal. gas today..and the arabs would be pounding sand...

When Palin becomes President.

Palin 2016.

Feminists hate Sarah Palin because she refused to have an abortion..they see that beautiful little child and see the child that they aborted..Feminists are all about abortion, they can’t stand seeing a child that was allowed to live

Here’s my view:
Progressive feminists are all about furthering their progressive ideology, has little to do with “women”, per se. They have never championed conservative women and, in fact, do what they can to destroy strong conservative women “leaders”, and ridicule/demean any other conservative women who are not in leadership positions.

Feminism has never had anything to do with women as a gender, but everything to do with empowering both men and women who would further their progressive agenda.

Once you understand that, you will no longer say “I have never understood why the liberals ... hate Sarah Palin so much”.

SARAH RULES LIBTARDS DROOL

Beautiful Sarah and her handsome all American family in the White House! What a dream.

she is the only living person, outside my family, whose protection detail i would volunteer for.

i've been pro-Palin since august 2008 and she's given me no reason to re-think my position. as far as i've seen... she's one of the few sparks of hope left for my country (which is distinctly different from 0bama's version)

Finally I read a cogent post on this threqad. It is all well to praise Sarah for her leadership in Alaska, and even her stepping down was aimed at benefiting her state since the democrips had set out to waste her time in office trying to deal with the myriad of false suits brought by democrips and criminal republicants up there. The real difference between Sarah and it would appear all the others in both parties is that Sarah would spend time doing what Washington, Adams, Monroe, Madison, etc. did regularly ... seeking the counsel of The Lord so they could do right things.
The godless soul of the twisted old treacherous devil named McCain stands as a sharp contrast to the open to the Lord soul of Sarah Palin. America needs God's blessing through His hand guiding our leadership. Nearly all of the current crop of scum euphemistically called 'politicians' are as dead in soul as a rock in my yard.

IF We The People ever come to realize that it is not a genius IQ which we need for leadership, or a slick drug-addled half-black man, but instead a heart that is open to God's guidance in crucial matters, then we will have a chance at being redeemed from the devils of the current regime and its enablers. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for that to dawn on the American psyche though ...

She had no role in the Romney campaign (even as a "rally the troops" type of volunteer) and the GOP basically buried her in no-man's land at the convention. I think she was scheduled to speak as some off-site event for a "faith" group at the convention but the hurricane resulted in that being cancelled.

The simple fact is that every time Sarah opens her mouth she turns off independent and moderate voters who want their leaders to engage their brains once in a while. Only a fool would think she'd have a chance of winning the GOP nomination in light of her quitting the only real political job she held. Of course since the Tea Party is predominately composed of fools.....

Palin would have signed off on Keystone, and we'd be looking at gas no cheaper plus the reality of having to find water for half the country when the shitty-ass pipeline decided to fail and dump millions of barrels of oil into the Ogalalla Aquifer.

Rand Paul ACTUALLY takes away liberty that Sarah says she will take away. Rand already has done it.
So has Walker and Scott and Jan Brewer and all the others.
Ron Paul's district was one of the most conservative districts in the United States (and Texas and Kentucky, the states of
Rand and Ron, have one of the top 10 harshest penalties for being caught with pot of any of the states.)

Sarah is never going to be the nominee. But others like Rand Paul are equal or worse than she is in their total misinterpretation
of what America is (don't think any of them ever read the constitution).

It will be sold on the market like any oil product. And why do Canadians themselves not want the pipeline going through their own country to the there own shoreline?

Knew how markets worked they wouldn't be Freepers considering most are either poor or lower middle class. Only ill people volunteer to be fed upon by parasites who continue to lower their pay while making them worker harder all the while profiting mightily, ship their jobs over seas and put huge chunks of American treasure in foreign markets that have 0 return for the US.
