If Snowden was a REAL patriot he wouldn't flee the country...

Also life in prison or indefinite detention seems weak tea. But maybe if he would self immolate like a Buddhist monk THAT would prove his sincerity....

Because we have finally devolved to the medium, not the message....

After witnessing the way 'our' government has incarcerated, persecuted and essentially tortured Bradly Manning, how could anyone think it would have been smart to not flee the country?

surveillence through proper channels, it is no surprise that Snowden would decide to go "rougue" and seek asylym abroad.
