Congress can get the information about NSA they want.

Simply cut all NSA funding until the NSA and WH stop lying and witholding information about NSA's activities. In a government system based on checks and balances, it is their constitutional duty and moral obligation to do so.

Perhaps you still need to be introduced to this Congress but those guys are not going to cut funding to the NSA.

It's not part of Obamacare after all.

that much of Congress probably gets bribes...errr, "campaign contributions"... from the companies getting fat contracts from the NSA. However, it is possible...if Congress does decide to take their oversight duty seriously.
