Martin was at a fight, not in it and the fight was apparently between a few homeless men.

And zimmy is a serial abuser of his position, that shouldn't even be legally allowed in the first place.

Even if the prosecution somehow messes up so bad they open the door, the judge will slam it back shut as overtly prejudicial.

He didn't have any weed or guns on him the night he was murdered. He was a teenager walking home from picking up some snacks and was followed by a self proclaimed vigilante looking for trouble.

It's as simple as that.
