Think about what is involved during such a trauma...
For me, I wonder how and the hell could Trayvon get ahold of his head to be able to slam it 20-30 times into the sidewalk? Then, where is the blood and scalp evidence on the sidewalk or at least DNA on Trayvon's hands?
Zimmerman was essentially bald-shaven headed that day.....no hair to hold onto. Zimmerman never mentioned a two-handed head slam or ear grabbing. I can't believe it was a basketball bounce...so...it appears to never of occurred....
Come to think about it....
It's not that feasible for Trayvon to grab for a gun and slam a head into the sidewalk...
****Additionally, for Zimmerman to visually focus on Trayvon's alleged reaching for his gun while his head was being pounded. Most people don't keep their eyes open due to eye defense reflexes...
The glove does not fit...........

The only possible explanation is that Trayvon was an octopus!
I am so fed up with the main stream media who keep treating Zimmerman like his story is truthful and he is such a law abiding citizen. I personally think that he is narcissistic and a pathological liar.

the guy is a fucking liar.

(12,447 posts)Why no DNA on Trayvon's hands from the saliva and/or oral-nasal tissue, be it blood or cells? To muffle
Zimmerman who would be in "fright mode", the grasp would need to be powerful to subdue, causing some micro trauma, leaving a DNA trail.

(9,681 posts)TM still had the bag of Skittles in his hand in the police photo.
I've not been following this story very closely, but if that is true, how can any of Zimmerman's story be true?
Edit.. not in police photo, but the initial exam.

(11,065 posts)I don't know where this idea came from that the Skittles were in his hand. They weren't. The forensic tech testified that she took the Skittles out of that front pocket of his sweatshirt along with the iced tea that was also in that pocket to bag as evidence. There is also a forensic photo that shows the corner of the bag of Skittles poking out of that pocket.

(12,447 posts)Zimmerman, in his excitement of trailing a suspect through the complex, perspiring would likely occur at the brow, forehead. I see this making the head grab a bit slick, challenging to grab effectively for a repeated head pounding as Zimmerman describes. Plus, this is Florida on a somewhat muggy, raining evening.
Did Zimmerman wear a hat? I do not recall that either so his head was exposed.
TorchTheWitch
(11,065 posts)It was also raining at the time.

(12,447 posts)Where is the logic? It shocks me that reasonable thinking has not been applied....no one seems to focus on Zimmerman's story and replay the alleged scenario against facts with environmental details in play.
Zimmerman's story makes so sense when this responsible step has been employed.

(3,363 posts)Perhaps they have been spared the pro-Zimmerman nonsense.
FarPoint
(12,447 posts)in my opinion. Maybe they see a part of themselves in zimmerman thus need to defend his statements and actions at all costs. Simple logic does not apply because it becomes a reflection of oneself.

adjective
1.
designating or pertaining to animals, as fishes and reptiles, whose blood temperature ranges from the freezing point upward, in accordance with the temperature of the surrounding medium; poikilothermic.
2.
without emotion or feeling; dispassionate; cruel: a cold-blooded murder.
3.
sensitive to cold.
Obviously, 1 and 3 don't apply. The recording of Z's first police call shows that he was emotional. And the fight, witness by several people would obviously be emotion laden.
Z is likely guilty of manslaughter.
FarPoint
(12,447 posts)of CCW....he alone knew he was secure with a bullet in the chamber of this hidden weapon. Zimmerman approached Trayon.....Zimmerman thus engaged the battle. Second degree murder is appropriate.
GreenStormCloud
(12,072 posts)murder 2 requires more than what you listed. Your post is a description of manslaughter.

(1,741 posts)In the title you're objecting to "cold blood," but in the body you're objecting to "murder" (or "murder 2" as opposed to manslaughter.
I personally have no objection to the characterization of Zimmerman's actions as cold-blooded murder.

"Cold blooded" means without emotion. Z's call shows obvious emotion, therefore it was not cold-blooded.

(39,154 posts)on that point, it is pretty much impossible to get a DNA sample off the skin of another person. That other person's sweat and his or her own DNA would overwhelm it.

(14,337 posts)Putting aside the issue of bleeding, no concussion? Having seen many hockey games, the players (even pros) wear helmets. Even with these safety helmets, concussions happen getting your head slammed on the ice. ONCE. Multiple times on concrete? Little bleedng, and no concussion???
Fishy to me.

since he had no way to defend himself against that kind of use of force.
zimmermann killed a kid in cold blood who was only trying to defend himself from being murdered
by a stranger who jumped him at night.
