(10,952 posts)not allowing Trayvon's cell phone pictures and texts and then Skeletor (aka Knock Knock) really started to whine. At that point I really think that she had had it and she just cut it off, ended the session and left.
I really think that the Defense have really made their own mess. I don't think that the Judge is done with them yet.

(14,626 posts)Still feeling that Trayvon is on trial here.

(5,417 posts)Since the judge said there is no evidence that trayvon sent any of the text messages.
I can just send whatever I want, and then when the cops show up, I'll just claim 'wasn't me'.

(13,081 posts)9:57 p.m. ET: West throws his hands up, saying the defense has the right to to present this evidence. The judge says she's recessing court and will make a decision in the morning. The defense says it's almost 10 p.m. but the judge insists she's recessing court. She walks off the bench as West continues to complain about keeping up this schedule of long nights and weekends.
I was watchinsomething else. Does anyone know of he literally threw how hands up, or figuratively few his hands up? Because I've seen judges put people in handcuffs for less.

(13,081 posts)Went on TV during the trial. Maybe OJ, but otherwise I honestly can't remember one. It seems highly unethical.
I wonder if he's double-dipping, getting paid by Zimmerman AND CNN.

(50,453 posts)If he had skipped the multiple press conferences and media appearances there was plenty of time for him to do the work he whines he has no time to do.
What a pissant.

(10,952 posts)He claimed that it would be a violation of the Constitution if they were not allowed to get the texts and pictures entered into the trial.
He then whined about not being able to keep up with the pace of the trial. I personally think that they have probably severely mismanaged their time and are now whining because they can't get depositions done that probably should have been done a while back.

(13,081 posts)Why didn't they argue all of this out BEFORE the trial. Most places, that's how it's done, and they've had a year. They've had a trial date for six months. Is the judge being lenient because its high profile and on TV? Or is this just an example of Florida being weird?

(10,952 posts)might have blown off dealing with some of their depositions in a timely manner.
Regarding the animation, there were still tweaking it as of this past weekend.

(6,692 posts)Did Zimmerman actually hire his defense or is this what the state considers a good public defender?
Trashing the victim seems an idiotic way to go. If they want to claim Zimmerman had good reason to ignore the authorities and keep stalking the scary black kid in order to protect all the wimminfolk then they have no choice but to do what they are doing.

(13,081 posts)GZ's been raising money almost since day one. In fact, during the bail hearing he tried to plead indigence, and then the prosecutor brought up the massive amounts of cash that had been raised. Zimmerman's wife is awaiting her own trial for perjury.
