Arizona man shoots father and two kids after vomiting on his dog

Police in Phoenix are searching for a man who is accused of vomiting on a dog and then shooting the owner and two children.

KTVK reported that a 41-year-old man was walking his dog in the courtyard at the Casa Mia Apartments at around 10 p.m. on Tuesday when a 22-year-old man on the second floor balcony vomited on his dog. After the two men argued, the 41-year-old man attempted to retreat into his apartment. But just as he reached the door, the suspect opened fire, hitting the victim in the torso multiple times.

The victim’s 14-year-old daughter and a 9-year-old boy who was visiting were also wounded by gunfire.

The father was in critical condition, but both the 14-year-old girl and the 9-year-old boy were expected to recover.

I have no idea if this was a responsible gun owner before not being one.

It sounds like the shooter shot his father..not some stranger..and his children...

Better headline "Asshole vomits on dog then stalks dog owner and shots him and his children"

3. Clearly, a man standing up for his dog is tantamount to a punch in the face.

And if Zimmerman can do it, then it's OK.

I forsee a Zimmerman defense since Arizona is a Stand Your Ground State.

6. Ike Clanton was a second amendment advocate standing up to the government.

Wyatt Earp, his brothers, and Doc Holliday were the low life government criminals that murdered Billy Clanton, Frank McLaury, and Tom McLaury.

This guy is clearly a modern day Ike Clanton.

This was Texas, and highly conservative and patriarchal attitudes are common there.

The woman of Texas are taking a stand with the filibuster, but it will take time to change Texas into California.

I read on DU that the person who wins the fight gets to win because they are stronger and better armed.
