Never use self-checkout.
Mail your bills rather than using the internet. It will help give the Post Office business, and the company receiving the bills will have to pay real people to open and process the payment.
Try and fool the stupid pre-recorded phone menus most companies have today and get a real person on the line. Might keep someone working.
Buy as many American-Made products as you can find or afford. When possible, support companies with strong unions.
Use debit and credit cards less. Paying with cash or checks keeps bank employees working rather than a computer doing all the work. It also saves the business money from the fees they have to pay banks for credit card charges.
Tell everybody you know about pending trade legislation such as this job-killing disaster called TPP.
Vote as many republicans out of office as possible.
More suggestions welcome.

Heck, for the post office, sign up for every bit of junk mail, free magazines, free information from companies, anything you can get. Most of it is still printed in the USA, so even if you just toss it in the recycling bin you just provided work for the paper makers, printers, whomever hauled it between them, the postal workers, trash collectors, and those who work in the recycling plant.
