Since "following" has now been adjudicated to be OkeeDokee

perhaps Z should have people following him 24/7/365.. It's perfectly legal... His attorneys and the jury said so.. and if HE challenges the followers, they can just shoot him because they were standing their ground..

If it were illegal, paparazzi would be in jail.

"Following" does not rise to the legal definition of "stalking". (All squirrels are mammals, but not all mammals are squirrels.)

What's your point?

Seems perfectly legal and rational for multiple armed people, preferably blacks, to follow Mr Wannabe everywhere he goes for the rest of his life. When he complains...

That sounds very irrational and I don't see how this case sets any precedent that would allow for such behavior.

GZ followed TM with an aggressive mindset, as evidenced by his belief that TM was a "punk," and when TM confronted him about it GZ blew him away. So not only is it rational to do the same to GZ, it is emotionally satisfying as well. Sometimes justice and revenge do coincide.

They can follow him, and he can complain all he likes.

If they do it repeatedly, it may rise to the level of stalking. (See FL statutes on stalking.)

They are out there. If you feel like you are being stalked, you can call the police, and have a hearing with a judge- perhaps they will issue a restraining order if they feel it is appropriate.

The guy was paranoid before this ever happened.

Now he knows he got away with murder.

Even if nobody is following him, he's always going to think they are.

Eventually, he'll snap.
