Dear Florida and Texas...

It's been a bad last couple of days if you are a progressive in one of these states.



Whether it's bad anti-abortion legislation and a state house seizing pads and tampons, or a so-called stand-your-ground law that allows a boy to be gunned down for carrying skittles, these events need to get us all focused on taking back legislatures and governor's mansions from racists and zealots.

Let's defeat Rick Scott, and let's get a Dem to succeed Rick Perry.
