mysterious "vandalism" to both their rooftop AC units last year. Surprisingly, nobody touched mine. And I know for a fact that prior to that, the print shop's unit was not working properly. We tenants are responsible for maintenance on them (hey, the rent's reasonable so.....) but since it was a crime and they had to replaced, the property owner's insurance bought them brand new units.

I am pretty sure I know what really happened, but I can't prove it.

Sometimes folks want to remodel the building.
We had a case of a huge cinema going up in smoke and then low and behold the owner had his wonderful new model with four cinemas. People talked about it for ages but if you're well connected it's just business. Just wait for an imaginary riot.

ReThugs do this all the time, and with no out and out riots, this will probably feed three stories on RealClearPolitics at least this week. Like the infamous Black Panther's in PA stopping whites from voting, its utter bullshit.

I bet it took all of their willpower to not drop a few n-bombs. Some highlights:
