(TX) Lewisville bans body paint in change of nudity definition
The Lewisville City Council changed its definition of nudity Monday after a complaint about waitresses at a restaurant who were wearing body paint on their breasts.
The council voted unanimously to amend the city code to clarify that paint and similar substances are not enough to cover certain body parts, including portions of female breasts, at establishments without sexually oriented business permits.
The city has not issued any permits for sexually oriented businesses.
After receiving the complaint last month about the Redneck Heaven restaurant, police found waitresses wearing body paint but did not discover violations of the city code.
Two years ago, the city changed its sexually oriented business ordinance after receiving complaints about the restaurant, which is near Vista Ridge Mall.

No one is being coerced. Women have nipples. Men have nipples. Men can show theirs in public. Women can't show their because theirs are obscene? That does not make any sense.
