The law is a racist.

In Mark Twain's Roughing It, Twain describes, in great detail, how a person was murdered (fell from a tree, stabbed multiple times etc) and then goes on to the non sequitur conclusion by the coroner that the person died of "natural causes." Today, we're watching our "judicial" system turn into such a parody of anything resembling reality.

While the statistically improbable population of prisons being heavily tilted toward African Americans, the Supreme Joke removed laws that protected voting rights of African Americans saying, "our nation has changed."

When a young innocent African American boy is gunned down in the streets, our racist "judicial" system proclaims that the murderer's heart was in the right place.

The law is a racist. (With apologies to Charles Dickens--the Law is an ass.

The judicial system never 'proclaimed that the murderer's heart was in the right place'. Six people decided that the State had not met its burden of proof. As such, Z was acquitted. Just the way the law is supposed to work.
