dangerous than Tailgunner Joe I. He's well educated, very smart (unfortunately) and can reasonate with a Rethuglican base that's far, far more radical than anything McCarthy had to work with. He needs to be watched and hammered every chance we get. Rand Paul is just a clown - this one is a really dangerous clown.
