After working in the Labor Department for 24 years it became clear that most American corporations are crap. CEO's are selfish, arrogant, sadistic and cruel sociopaths who are unpatriotic and unAmerican. They should be deported after their property is seized. They stole the money they did not earn it. As they have raked in government welfare they choose to starve women and children.
The Chamber of Commerce sucks because they salute the Chinese or Indian flag and not the American flag. They would rather hire and abuse a foreign national rather than hire an American citizen or even a veteran. They are sitting on trillions of dollars so Obama will fail. They fund the psychopathic GOP.
We should flush American business management into the toilet where they belong. They have not idea what they want. They do not know how to lead. They are abusive and egotistical for the most part.
I view the American business community with extreme vicious prejudice. They have betrayed America and should be arrested for treason. They need to be grabbed by their private parts and squeezed by regulation until they scream.
They have no intention of creating jobs and helping the country. They would rather bring in a foreign national under work visas and hire them rather than hire an American.
They escape the criticism they deserve. As a veteran I would not lift a finger to save an American business manager or CEO.
They are all a bunch of sewer scum.

(10,602 posts)I changed and edited to corporations. In my experience there are a lot of American employers who are pretty poor as well. Employers can make so many outrageous demands.

(34,658 posts)I've worked for an honest mechanic. It makes you feel good when you know somebody who you can refer people to because you've seen how they run their business from the inside and you know they are honest to ordinary people. When you see them keep employees around for 20 years and do good things for the neighborhood.

(34,845 posts)The problem is the laws that allow such undeserved payments to be made. But it's not 'stealing' when the laws allow for it.

(10,602 posts)They steal wages and time of their employees. The mis classify employees. Undercut them on benefits. Fire people just before they get their pensions. They creatively screw their work force in so many ways it is not even funny. The flout wage and labor laws. They flout safety and environmental laws. And the law that are passed for CEOs make thievery legal.
I spent 24 years watching these sociopaths takes people's wages, time and even their lives. They won't be satisfied until American workers pay them to work. The labor and employment system has been so effectively trashed it is not even funny.

(8,244 posts)lunch break without pay. Management sort of winked and nodded at it. They loved it because it meant they didn't have to hire extra people to cover lunch breaks. To me that was theft.

(55,981 posts)to us to keep them in check. Us and our representatives. The system is broken because our representatives do not represent us.
Corporations do not have morals. They arent supposed to. Corporations trying to live morally will be overrun by those w/o morals.
We need to regulate them and punish those that exceed regulations. But to do that we must get corruption out of politics.
Viva OWS.

(11,481 posts)They are scum and deserve to have every last cent they've stolen from the working class confiscated.
And I don't give a rat's furry ass whether it was "legal" or not. It was "legal" because they BOUGHT the system with their ill gotten gains.

(6,238 posts)Every CEO of a major corporation is a parasite who makes his money exploiting working people. The most daunting part is, it isn't always that the CEO is a greedy bad person, its the system itself. Bill Gates gives billions to charity, but when it came to business he would exploit workers as fast as the next guy, because he had no choice. In capitalism its exploit or fail. Attack the system itself, wasting your time hating the individual isn't enough, because even if you replaced every current CEO with Buddhist monks they would either be forced to exploit workers or be replaced by those who would exploit.
