"go on trial" in the same way Travon did, in the defense of the accused...happens all the time..almost every case..

Although the ones that do go to trial have lawyers that act in the manner you describe.

I've seen many of your posts on the front page today. Never once have you thought race had anything to do with anything in the Zimmerman case. Interesting. Very interesting.

I have never said that there was no racial factor, I have stated over and over that there was no evidence supporting a charge of a hate crime..The government apparently agrees..Further, with the evidence in this case, it wouldn't matter what race either person is..reasonable doubt.. that there was some racial factor in the verdict is nonsense, that the prosecutor threw the case is silliness, that there can ever be a successful prosecution (with the evidence currently available) in this matter simply ignorance of the applicable laws and weight of the evidence in this case..Zimmerman's case...his version..combined with a complete lack of meaningful physical evidence or witnesses creates a reasonable doubt...I have to say (if I am honest with myself), based on the evidence produced by the prosecution, that 'I don't think he was acting in self defense' instead of 'I know he was not acting in self defense', thus reasonable doubt..which is exactly why the prosecutor didn't want to charge Zimmerman..not enough evidence to convict, better to not charge now and hope he brags about it, or some other evidence comes about..there is no statute of limitations on murder...the public who don't have a clue demanded justice and got none..there have been many, many convictions years after the fact..can't happen in this one now..

Zimmerman was already tried and convicted by those looking for racial issues under every rock. If someone doesn't like Obama they are immediately a racist (for the record I like him, voted for him and would so again, though yes I am disappointed with much).

The racial cottage industry is a huge operation. I saw cartoons on this website showing lynchings of black men, which is preposterous on so many levels. Many folks are clinging to the notion that the cause of every single malady that is native to every single black person on the planet is old white men.

A white dude kills a black dude (allegedly in self defense) and we spend months talking about it, but some blacks slaughter a white couple in Kentucky (or Tennessee) and no mention of it in the racial industry news network.
