Just so I have a record of this: The ceiling in the back bedroom leaked again this evening!

My landlord calls people they go up to the roof and "fix" it but they aren't fixing it right. This is the third leak! I am done being nice. My wife has jury duty in Pittsburgh But after that is done I will be a code enforcements office making a complaint. As soon as I the money I AM going to move.

Do you think my wife and I can get a loan for moving expenses?

Don't know about the loan but I hope that you and your wife find a way out of that place quickly.
