Every little blip, every upset person with a gun or knife is going to call for a platoon of soldiers to invade neighborhoods to "keep us safe"?

How ever did we deal with such incidents before 9-11? How ever did we survive without all those weapons to protect us?

This thread isn't anti-authoritarian. It's anti-stupidity.
