Gilberton, Pennsylvania police chief Mark Kessler is earning himself a reputation as " America's scariest police chief." The right-wing leader of an armed paramilitary group appears to have a penchant for filming himself firing weapons, ranting about liberal America. In a video he had the gall to upload to YouTube, Kessler fires off rounds from automatic weapons during a profanity-laced rant about "libtards."

“F*ck all you libtards out there," says Kessler, adding, "as a matter of fact, read my shirt.” Kessler then turns around so the camera can see his back of his t-shirt, decorated by the profound observation, “Liberals take it in the ass.”

“You take it in the ass and I don’t give a fuck what you say so you can all just go fuck yourselves. Period," says Kessler, before getting even crazier. "I wont be going to D.C. and I don’t give a fuck. If you fucking maniacs want to turn this into an armed revolt, knock yourselves out. I’m not about that, so see you on the other side.” Here, it seems like Kessler might be condemning violence, so . . . that's good, right? But in a Facebook post he authored on Tuesday, Kessler calls for a "massive rally" to “show these tyrants we will not stand for any more violations on our constitution or our freedoms.”

"[C]ome with your flags n your firearms," Kessler says, "I’m calling on all true Americans , all militia members, all true oath keepers to assemble, be ready to march on a tyrannical county government right here in Schuylkill county Pennsylvania, democrats are the true enemy of our country, our freedoms, our constitution, along with liberal news agency’s , liberal news reporters, much like hitlers nazis , time we clean these antiamerican thugs from office,” he writes.

In another video on pistol defense, Kessler repeatedly shoots a scary clown target he says he is Nancy Pelosi. In yet another, he calls John Kerry a "cocksucker."

Kessler also started the armed group, Constitution Security Force, which calls the Southern Poverty Law Center “anti-American organization," but claims not to advocate violence.
