Should Keith Alexander, Director of the NSA, be given a raise in pay...?

...and the Presidential Medal of Freedom?

He has kept our Homeland from being attacked since 2005. That was when he was appointed to his position by Donald Rumsfeld, the Secretary of Defense.

How do you think he should be rewarded for his many years of service?
