Torture is unlawful in the United States

Well, it might be unlawful, but does it never happen on US Soil? Let's not get caught up on that point.

What I thought when first reading it was, well it might be unlawful here in the US, but why did holder say it like that? Why not something to the effect of "the US does not torture". Hmmmm.... there might have been a day we could have said that with a straight face, but not any more. I thought Holders parsing was interesting and sad.

Plenty of 'black sites' around where no prying eyes can see what is taking place. Some of the Al Queda guys probably experienced some hardcore shit.

I mean, here's my evidence;

- shopping malls ca. 2 months before Thanksgiving until 1 month after Christmas.
- traffic jams
- customer support with most wireless carriers
