can legally shoot somebody. Stand Your Ground Laws give that right to untrained civilians. It is the most difficult thing Police do. Something the experts do rarely should not be allowed in the untrained, inexperienced public. The public should have a duty to escape if they can. Another reason why Stand Your Ground laws should be repealed.
