to put it in perspective with a state that more people are familiar with, it would be as if Ohio drew up a regulation that shut every clinic save one in Cincinnati. Charlotte is about 2 hours from Asheville while the triangle is about 5. In comparison Columbus is about an hour and a half from Cincy while Cleveland is about 5.
