Why do Republicans keep voting to repeal Obamacare? For one thing, we journalists keep writing about it.
Heres a chart from Google Trends, which tracks news headlines over time. I typed in Obamacare repeal, and heres what it came back with:

The first spike happened right after Republicans took control of the House of Representatives and, in the first major action of the session, voted to repeal Obamacare.

preaches its joys and benefits? w/out effective PR repubs are filling a vacuum they couldn't fill if positive facts were well known
