unpaved roads.

Actually my own state probably has more of them than I realize.

for an area I'm familiar with that has both paved and unpaved roads. The paved sections were in yellow and the unpaved sections were in white. Hope that helps.

I live on a dirt road that used to go down the mountain into town. That was 30+ years ago. Now it's all woods, and the only way to reach my side of the road from my own town is to travel along the RR tracks and up the side of a mountain, along a little cow path, and down the hill.

From the next town over, it's sort of off the main country road, about a mile in.

On some maps, it shows my side of the road still connected to the town side of the road.

The road up the mountain from town is paved about halfway up, then it turns into dirt. The maps don't tell you that out here...
