I almost cannot comment on the material on this site, because as a rape and domestic violence survivor, I can't find the words. These women speak eloquently for themselves.

And some men want to take us backwards. Shame on them.

Years ago I sheltered abused women in my home for the local women's support organization... (in some locales, it is even more serious than we read) the stories I know are outrageous

I'm a guy with a wonderful wife and three daughters. Of course I don't mean what I posted in the subject line, but that's the way too many wingnuts think. Women are equal (if not better) than men and abusing them is unthinkable to me.
