I'm sure MRC's higher-ranked staffers make enough that the loss wouldn't bother them (much), but there's always receptionists, assistants, anbd other "little people" who get the shaft by this sort of showboating, and are there because it's a job not because they are true believers in the cause. So put a torpedo in the showboat.

My guess is that many insurance plans will continue to offer contraceptive coverage for policy holders regardless of the employer's preference. It is more cost efficient to cover contraceptive than pregnancy/birth/childcare.
