bad science to defend good science. A frog will make every attempt to get out as soon as the heat becomes uncomfortable.

But people get the point. More important than getting mired in technicalities.
The boiled frog thing doesn't apply to just global warming. It applies to the Democratic party shifting to the right in general. Especially with respect to economics.
