Dear Republicans. Simple question: why are you so hellbent on defunding Obamacare BEFORE it begins?

If it's fully implemented in January, and it really is the horrible disaster you're claiming it will be...nothing would be better for you in the November 2014 Election.

So, why are you so hellbent on killing it before it begins?

The answer is obvious:
You're not afraid it will fail, and be bad for the country
YOU'RE AFRAID IT WILL SUCCEED
, and chop the last 50 years of your 'government always makes things worse' rhetoric off at the knees.

We need to spin this as the story line, because it's something the average voter can understand.
The average voter may not be able to understand all the nuances surrounding pre-existing conditions, lifetime caps and Medicaid expansions...but the average voter CAN understand that if Republicans really thought Obamacare would be a disaster for the country, they'd be DESPERATE to let him implement it BEFORE the 2014 Election so they can run against it.

By the time 2016 rolls around, republican governors will be bragging about going along with it.

Oh yes, they'll claim it was their idea (remember Jindal with the giant check?), but hopefully enough people won't be fooled by it.

Four years later, teabaggers will be holding signs that say "Keep your hands off my Obamacare!"
