Why is the prison population overwhelmingly African American?

Why is the DOJ just now starting to do the most minimal things to prosecute the bankers that crashed the economy?

Why the vendetta against MJ users - especially when it leads to imprisonment and loss of voting rights for the AA population that you're standing in front of now?

Can't beleive he had the stones to walk on that stage.
