The feds should propose (just propose) that the states start mail in voting.

Also the requirement should be just an affidavit that they are a US citizen and reside in the district they are voting for.

I believe just a proposal will set off enough heat from citizens to get this rolling and counter the racist rules being set in place. Let the scam artist pretending to be legislatives find their way out of this bluff.

What appears to be a convenience can also backfire

Mobility, rules governing how often ballots are mailed, etc
