ie the Obama administration REFUSED the offer of money for regime change. The fact is that he was ASKED by Congressman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen whether the wealthy Arab nations would help the US with the cost. This was not something he just said out of the clear blue sky. Should he have lied or not told the truth to Congress?
