there actually IS evidence of chemical weapons someplace, and a future president wants to launch air strikes, a la Clinton in the '90s after the embassy bombings, they can't get anything done without even their own party throwing a shitfit.

... just take the issue to UN and let the international community deal with it. Missiles do not transform chemical weapons in flowers.
