Does Hillary support a Syria air-strike WITHOUT the support of Congress?

We already know a plurality of US citizens from ALL parties are opposed to a US a strike in Syria.

The MSM says Hillary supports Obama "enlisting Congress" to bomb Syria, but what if he goes ahead without Congressional approval?

If Obama acts independent of the will of his electorate, Congress, the UN etc., it will be dubbed "Obama's War" - and if Hillary supports it without Congressional approval, I believe it will greatly weaken her run for President within her own party. In fact, it could sway her not to run at all. It would be toxic to her campaign.
