US Government = ATM (But Only for the Right People):

Healthcare: We need money to provide care to millions of Americans.

Government: Sorry, we got no cash and we have to pay off our debt all of a sudden. I know, I know, it's never been a problem before, but now we have to get to work on it. Seriously.

Education: We need money so we can teach future generations.

Government: Sorry, no can do. Got to pay off the deficit. It's suddenly became a priority.

Infrastructure: We need money. Our bridges are falling, highways are not up to code, and we will hire people to improve our damns and levees. This could improve the economy.

Government: Well, I'm afraid you're on your own for right now. We're paying the Chinese for our little soirées in Iraq and Afghanistan. Come back to me later.

Warmongers: Hey, we need to bomb Syrians for bombing Syrians. We got to show them we mean business. We don't know who we're going to bomb yet, but we'll work that out later. This won't do anything to help Americans, but trust us, it's in their best interests.
